A Temporary Stay Visa (VITAS) is granted upon authorization from the Directorate General of Immigration in Jakarta. To expedite the authorization, it is advisable to have the sponsor in Indonesia also submit the application directly to the Directorate General of Immigration in Jakarta.
It is valid if presented within 3 [three] months after the date of issuance and is valid for a maximum stay of 2 (two) years and can be extended in Indonesia. VITAS are for working and non-working purposes; such as foreign investment, family re union, repatriation, and retirement.
Requirements:
- Complete and sign Visa Application form (download here)
- 1 (one) passport size photograph in color
- Passport must be valid for at least 18 (six) months after the date of entry
- A copy of itinerary from the travel agent
- Updated Curriculum Vitae
- An Indonesian Immigration authorization letter is required
- Visa fee : NOK 300 per person/ 6 months; Nok 600 per person/ 1 year, Nok 1.050/2 years.
- It requires at least 1 (one) working day to process the visa
