RI Navy to Buy Two Submarines in 2011 or 2012
The Indonesian Navy intends to procure two submarines in 2011 or 2012 at a total cost of about US$700 million, its chief, Admiral Tedjo Edhy Purdijatno, said here Monday. “The procurement plan for execution in 2011 or 2012 is currently being worked out by the defense ministry,” Parijanto told the press.
