Single Business

A single entry Business Visa will be granted to conduct business activities in Indonesia. Business visa is not a working permit and is valid if presented within 3 [three] months after the date of issuance. This visa could be extended in Indonesia with the support of your sponsor in Indonesia.

Requirements

  1. Complete and sign Visa Application form (download here).
  2. 1 (one) passport size photograph in color.
  3. A letter from the sponsor (e.g. the employer, education institution) and / or a similar letter from the institution / people in Indonesia, explaining the position of the applicant, the purpose of the visit and the duration of stay. If deemed necessary, a guarantee of the availability of funds to cover living expenses while in Indonesia.
  4. A single Business Visa will be issued for max. 60 (sixty) days.
  5. Passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months after the date of entry.
  6. Copy of the airline ticket / itinerary from the travel agent.
  7. A cover letter from the Institution in Norway / Iceland and /or a sponsoring letter from the counterpart in Indonesia explaining the position of the applicant, the purposes of visit and duration of stay (except for tourism purpose). If deemed necessary, a guarantee of the availability of funds to cover living expenses while in Indonesia.
  8. Please note that a fax from the Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi is not a letter of invitation.
  9. Letter of invitation from the host company in Indonesia.
  10. Proof of paid visa fee (copy of receipt ), Visa Fee is Nok 270,00.
  11. It requires at least 1 (one) working day to process the visa after all requirements completed.

  4. If all necessary documents have been submitted, visa could be possible issued in the same day.
  5. Please be advised that incomplete application forms or applications where necessary documents are missing may cause rejection for visa provision.
  6. Consular office hours: Monday – Thursday: 10.00 – 14.00 and Friday: 10.00 – 12.00.
  7. The Embassy will be closed on Indonesian and Norwegian National Holidays.
