Journalist Visa is granted after getting approval from Indonesian Authority in Jakarta. Click Journalist Visa Application Form

1. Complete and sign Visa Application form (download here).
2. Complete and sign Application Form for Journalistic Activity Permit (download here).
3. 3 (three) passport size photographs in color.
4. Passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months after the date of entry.
5. Copy of the airline ticket / itinerary from the travel agent.
6. Employment letter from newspaper/employer.
7. Proof of paid visa fee (copy of receipt from the Bank), Visa Fee is Nok 270
8. An Indonesian authorization letter is required.
9. It requires at least 1 (one) working day to process the visa after all of requirement completed.
10. When applying Journalist Visa you have to contact Section of Information and Cultural Affairs of Indonesian Embassy in Oslo.

4. If all necessary documents have been submitted, Transit Visa could be possible issued in the same day.
5. Please be advised that incomplete application forms or applications where necessary documents are missing may cause rejection for visa provision.

7. The Embassy will be closed on Indonesian and Norwegian National Holidays.
