| JOURNALIST VISA
Journalist visa (Press visits, film/Video and photo shooting) is granted after getting an approval from the authority concerned in Indonesia. The journalist visa is valid if presented within 90 (ninety) days from the date of issuance. |

| Requirements For Journalist Visa
The following requirements must be submitted to the Information Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia |
|
| 1. | Copy of Passport, with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia |
| 2. | A completed visa application form, duly dated and signed. (download here). |
| 3. | A completed Journalistic Activity Permit form, duly dated and signed. (download here). |
| 4. | A completed curriculum vitae (download here). |
| 5. | A formal letter of recommendation from the company. |
| 6. | 3 (three) recent passport-size photographs in color. |
| 7. | A synopsis or proposal of the film or photo project with details such as timetable, locations and duration of stay (for filming purposes only). |
| 8. | A sign statement of the list of equipments. |

NOTE: |

| 1. | When the application is approved, visa payment may be transferred to Embassy account number by the cost of Nok.300,- for up to 60 days (max. stay). |
| 2. | The Embassy will not accept cash payment. Visa fee may be paid by transfer to The Embassy Account No. 7058 05 55568 (International Bank Account Number/IBAN: NO05 7058 0555 568. BIC (Swift-address): DNBANOKKXXX). Please enclosed the receipt together with the visa application. |
| 3. | Endorsement or amendment within the passport cannot be used for the visa purposes and we will return your application and passport if we found there are no blank visa pages on the passport. |
| 4. | Incomplete applications will not be processed. |
| In the case of visa application for journalist purposes the processing time will take 14 working days. | |
