IPA to Hold Exhibition to Boost Investment

8 March 2010 | Agenda, Economic.

The Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) will hold its 34th Convention and Exhibition themed “Investing Together for Future Growth”.

Indonesia’s premier event for the oil and gas industry aims to help boost and attract investment.

The convention and exhibition will be held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) from May 18th to May 20th, 2010.

The convention will feature prominent industry speakers – senior government officials, renowned practitioners, academicians, and analysts – sharing their views on investments, the latest technology and innovations.

More than 100 multinational and local companies, representing key players in the oil and gas industry will participate in this exhibition.

IPA President, Ron Aston, believes the event would help to resolve the current technical and non-technical challenges faced by the oil and gas industry.

“The 34th IPA Convention and Exhibition is part of the Association’s efforts to continue broadening and improving the capability of Indonesia’s oil and gas sector towards technology advancement.”
